Terms & Conditions

Rates are net in Thai Baht, inclusive of a 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
Guests must present a confirmed voucher (digital or printed) upon check-in. Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation or additional charges as per the applicable rates.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
The voucher is valid for the period specified and is strictly non-extendable.
An advance reservation of at least 72 hours is required and is subject to availability.
Special requests, such as bed type or room allocation, are subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Rates will be adjusted accordingly to reflect any changes that may occur.
A supplementary charge per room per night will apply for room upgrades.

A 100% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
An additional charge will apply during festivals and public holidays.
Treatment programmes may be adjusted following a consultation with the Health & Wellness Advisor and can be further personalized to align with the guest’s health needs and preferences.
The packages and prices are exclusively for residents of Thailand and Thai nationals. Confirmation documents (work permit, evidence of residency) must be presented at check-in. Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation or additional charges as per the applicable rates.
Children's packages are available only for those aged 6–11, while children aged 12 and above are considered adults.
Additional “Discount” or “Credit Treatment” benefits are subject to the company’s policies (if included in the package).
RXV reserves the right to increase rates if there is a change in government tax.
